Hi, I’m Kelsey, a mom in Vestal and founder of Happy Days Parties, Play & Café.

As a mom of two, I often found myself craving a place where time with my boys felt meaningful and supported, not lonely or exhausting. That desire, paired with my grandmother’s cherished sign-off—Happy Days—became the inspiration for everything we are creating.

She taught me that joy is a choice, even when life is messy and full of chaos. Our surf-inspired café is that choice—a calming, judgment-free oasis built to honor her spirit.
